Management of 110 employees (9 lawyers, 10 legal assistants, 33 administrative assistants, 57 agents and 01 coordinator), divided into the following areas: 1. Labor - Labor Dispute. - Participation of Conflicts of Employees and Strikes. - Negotiations with Unions and members of MPT [Public Labor Attorney’s Office] and MTE [Ministry of Labor and Employment]. - Prepare of reports, opinions, normative instruments and corporate policies. - Training and Lecture for internal employees (Mobbing, Disciplinary Sanction and Dismissal with Cause). - Public Civil Action. - Civil Investigation. - Assistance to the stores with regard to labor cases. - Creation of Nucleus of Agents. - Implementation of Ethics and Risk Committee. 2. Real Estate - Renewal and Revision Actions - Prepare of real estate contracts, lease, sublease, loan for use and assignment); addendum, articles of dissolution and notices (return of stores, terms of key delivery, infrastructure and against notices). - Document analyses of legal risk of business, of real estate and lessor involved. - General Rules Analyses, Condominium Convention and Rules of Procedure of Shopping Centers for adequacy of instruments. 3. Tax - Tax and Social Security Opportunities. - Assessment of INSS [Brazilian Social Security Institute], Readjustment of CNAE [Brazilian Classification of Economic Activities]. - Study of fiscal benefits of States for tax economy. 4. Third Party Risk Management Third Party Risk Management is a Project with the objective of mitigate labor risks and offer an analyses of risk of provider to the client area.
