During my training internship as a dietitian at Compass Group, I was part of the team responsible for ensuring food safety and proper compliance with nutritional guidelines. I worked closely with the kitchen staff to coordinate the preparation of menus tailored to the individual needs of patients, taking into account allergies, intolerances, and therapeutic diets. My duties included supervising processes, validating menus, and monitoring adherence to hygiene and safety protocols. It was an experience in which I combined technical knowledge with teamwork and personalized care focused on the well-being of the patient.

Professional internship as an Emergency Medical Technician at Vitalia 24h, where I actively participated in urgent care services and assisted patient transfers. I was able to apply and strengthen my knowledge in basic life support, initial patient assessment, and teamwork in real-life situations, developing strong skills in quick response, effective communication, and stress management. A key experience that solidified my vocation and abilities in the field of emergency medical care.

I earned my diploma in Emergency Medical Services from Universidad CEU San Pablo. During this training, I learned how to act quickly and accurately under pressure, make clear-headed decisions in critical situations, and understand that in emergencies, teamwork isn’t just important... it’s essential. The program included both theoretical and hands-on training in subjects like anatomy and physiology, psychological support, medical logistics, patient evacuation, tele-emergencies, and ASESE/ASISE protocols. This gave me a well-rounded and solution-oriented perspective on prehospital care. It was an intense but incredibly rewarding experience that prepared me to stay calm and act when others freeze.
