Leading teams of project leaders and project activities for the mechanical technological development of power-electronic Steering Control Units.

• Lead mechanical design activities for electronic control units used in automotive applications (Steering Control Units), managing of international team, starting from quotation until start of production according to product MLC; • Be the main technical contact person for mechanical design towards customers and suppliers; Implement successfully ratio measures in order to decrease the PPC (mech & hardware measures); • Estimate product, tooling and engineering cost; • Manage and control quality, budget and timing targets; • Cooperate with international development partners and Bosch production plants; • Prepare and maintain project management documents according to Bosch quality system; • SAP Data Management for ordering and organize of layout, components supply, sample tools, drawings and test plans; • Report regularly to higher management about project status (risks, issues etc.); • Meet regularly with the customers (OEM’s); • Management of projects that deliver software & hardware to the client from kick-off, to implementation, to test, to delivery and to post-delivery; • Planning, execution and testing for the A, B, C and D samples. • Coordinate the performing of DV(Design validation), PV(Product Validation) and Customer deliverables • Monitoring and controlling of project indicators to ensure on-time delivery within the agreed budget and in compliance with quality standards; • Managing the change management lifecycle during the project Reporting and communicating all aspects of the project to both internal and external stakeholders at different levels; • Coordinating resources across multiple teams to deliver the project growth; • Organizing of customer/internal audits in order to evaluate and release the project;

• Lead mechanical design activities for eBike Drive Units (Transmission Drive Units -eCVP), managing of international team, starting from quotation until start of production according to product MLC; Help define project scope, goals and deliverables • Define project scope, goals and deliverables tasks and required resources • Collect and manage project team • Manage budget • Allocate project resources • Create schedule and project timeline • Track deliverables • Support and direct team • Lead quality assurance of projects • Monitor and report on project sample build, support purchasing in direct negation with suppliers.

• Complex calculations in order to establish the optimal production price for Daimler automotive components (ECU, sensor, E-engines, wiring harnesses, plastic parts, etc.) • Technical and economic analyses to identify the relevant cost factors and establish the actions that to be taken in order to achieve the goal. • Competitor’s analysis • Direct negotiations with Daimler suppliers, work closely with R&D and Buying Department • Analyse the PBD's (price break down) from the suppliers. • Supplier visits in Germany and Romania • Visits global expositions in order to stay in touch with the new technologies • Actively develop tools for cost calculation & optimization (Lukas, Taco, etc.)
