About

Marketing and I? It’s like binge-watching your favorite show: it keeps surprising me, pulls me in, and won’t let me sleep without “just one more episode.” I keep asking myself: why do we choose one thing over another? Is it emotion? Color? A story? Or maybe just a meme with a cat in a helmet? To me, marketing is the perfect mix of science and art - a bit of psychology, a dash of sociology, a sprinkle of linguistics, and a generous (sometimes questionable) dose of common sense. Every day I dive into the consumer’s mind, craft strategies that grab attention, and write in a way that’s impossible to ignore. I don’t sell “words” - I create emotions, decisions, and relationships. I believe a great brand isn’t just a logo and a slogan. It’s a vibe - something that sticks with you. That’s why I track trends, predict the next plot twist, and always try to stay one step ahead. If you’re into marketing too - or just want to chat about what’s actually working today - feel free to reach out. Happy to swap a few ideas. 😉

💡 Education that truly changes lives? I had the chance to work right where it happens. For three years, I was part of the team at the Polish National Agency of the Erasmus+ Programme and the European Solidarity Corps - an institution that’s been supporting people’s growth in Poland since 1993. Together, we learned, took action, explored Europe - and ourselves. And let’s be honest: we did it well. 🎯 What did I do? I promoted what matters most in education. I told the stories of remarkable people - quiet heroes doing world-class things on a local scale. I ran flagship contests of the Foundation for the Development of the Education System: EDUinspiracje, Eduinspirator, Selfie+, EDUinspiracje Media. These weren’t just events - they were real stories of people with passion. 🏆 I also contributed to prestigious projects like the European Innovative Teaching Award, offering both technical and strategic support to make sure great ideas got the attention and recognition they deserved. 🔥 I was proud to be part of the team behind EuroSkills 2023 in Gdańsk. 100,000 visitors from across Europe. Massive logistics. Even bigger satisfaction. 🧩 For me, it wasn’t just a job. It was a chance to make education more accessible, hands-on, and inspiring. And I’m proud to have been part of that change.

🎤 I taught the language of advertising. No, not grammar. I taught how words sell. I’ve always been fascinated by one thing: how just a few carefully chosen words can influence a consumer’s decision. So instead of boring definitions, I served up real examples, case studies, hands-on workshops, and actual campaigns. 💬 Together with my students, we broke down ads to their core. We created our own slogans, studied audience reactions, analyzed, tested, experimented. There were surveys, focus groups, and plenty of creative noise. 🎯 Theory? Sure, it was there. But what really mattered was practice—real projects, collaborations with companies, and meetings with people from the industry. Because that’s the only way to truly understand how marketing works—from the inside out. 🔥 My goal was simple: to teach my students not just how to write something—but to know why it works. And how to measure it.

🎓 Advertising from the inside? I taught what really works. While working as a teacher at a technical school of advertising, I had one goal: to make sure my students didn’t just know things — they knew what to do with that knowledge. 💻 Corel, Illustrator, Photoshop? Of course, they mattered. But knowing the tools isn't enough if you don’t know why you’re using them. That’s why we focused on teaching: 🔹 how to design print materials – flyers, magazines, posters, 🔹 how to prepare display ads – roll-ups, stands, A-boards, 🔹 how to handle large-format advertising – banners, billboards, mesh signs, 🔹 how to properly prepare files for print and assemble them in DTP, 🔹 how to apply good typography, color theory, and layout principles, 🔹 and how the entire behind-the-scenes of creative work actually functions – the part no one talks about. 📦 No theory for theory’s sake – just hands-on practice. Real tasks, workshops, client simulations, even mini-campaigns of their own. Instead of classroom boredom – emotions, choices, real challenges. 🤝 And the most important part? The relationship. No grades, just conversations. No pop quizzes, just shared projects. No dry theory, but real, first successes. That was our path – to a profession, to passion, to the confidence that they can.

At PZU Zdrowie, I was involved in creating and implementing conversation scripts that helped teams communicate better with clients – clearly, directly, and with empathy. I also spent a lot of time training others – sharing knowledge, testing different approaches, and adapting to what was happening on the market and what customers actually needed. Together, we looked for ways to make communication more effective – and it truly worked. That experience opened my eyes to the world of consulting and training. It gave me real skills and a solid sense of confidence in what I do. Looking back, I can see that this was the moment that sparked something in me – a drive to share knowledge. It was the beginning of a journey that led me to become a teacher, instructor, trainer, and lecturer.

Not just keys to a home – but keys to trust. The real estate market teaches you a lot. Above all, it shows that behind every transaction, there’s a person – with real needs, fears, and expectations. Working at a real estate agency, I had the chance to be part of some of the most important decisions in people’s lives. Buying a first apartment, selling the family home, renting a place for a fresh start in a new city – each of these moments is about more than just square meters and price tags. What mattered most? Relationships. Honest communication, understanding the client’s situation, and offering advice that wasn’t about chasing a quick commission – but about providing real help. That mindset is what brought people back or led them to recommend me to others. Of course, there was also a lot of hands-on work: negotiations, market analysis, solving tough cases, and investment consulting. But all of it worked best when trust walked hand-in-hand with professionalism.

European Studies. In practice? A blend of marketing, PR, geopolitics, law, and social analysis all rolled into one. A mix of political campaigns, global business strategies, EU law, and geopolitical power plays. 🗺️ How does the European Commission communicate? How do cities and regions sell their image? How do political parties craft narratives across different countries? That was our daily menu – from dissecting the communication strategies of EU Parliament factions and public institutions to exploring the cultural sensitivity of media messaging. ⚖️ And then came the hidden gems: the surprising creativity of European Court of Justice rulings, security strategies, geopolitical puzzles, and analyzing how different societies respond to the same content – from ads to political slogans. 📦 Of course, there was also the more classic stuff: internationalization of companies and EU regulations – but always approached with one question in mind: "how does it actually work in practice?"

🎓 I didn’t study just to pass exams. Economics, law, and technology were tools that helped me truly understand how the real estate market works – and what it takes to invest, advise, and operate effectively. 💡 The deeper I went, the clearer it became: without an interdisciplinary mindset, you're stuck. Real estate isn’t just about numbers and legal documents – it’s an entire ecosystem of decisions, emotions, and strategy. 📣 I really found my groove in real estate marketing. I learned how to create campaigns that don’t just look good – they work, whether it's on Facebook, Instagram, or Google. 🔍 Market analysis, local insights, and crafting the right strategy for a specific neighborhood or city – that’s my everyday work. I know how to plan, refine, and execute actions that get real results. 🚀 I’ve got the toolkit to build tailor-made campaigns – ones that hit the mark, stand out from the crowd, and capture the attention of even the pickiest clients.

European Studies? But in my case, it was a mix of geopolitics, culture, economics, and data analysis - all in the context of modern Europe. At Gdańsk University of Technology, I learned not just how the European Union works, but why it works the way it does. I explored the integration process, figured out who does what - the Commission, the Parliament, the Council - and how it all translates into real-world decisions. Add to that: working with data, tracking trends, and comparing political narratives with facts and figures. 💡 What sets me apart? My technical background from Gdańsk Tech gave me solid analytical skills - something not always common in this field. I combine the European big picture with a sharp, data-driven understanding of context.
