Right out of college, and with my Master’s Degree on Electrical Engineering under my belt, I had the opportunity to start my journey through the electrical engineering world with Ingeteam. I keep the same passion I had back in 1996 when I joined that small Ingeteam back then: 300 employees, one county…It looks like it was just around the corner, but 20+ years flew by, and here I am, holding the CEO position, it has been just a dream come true. Among the things I like the most, is to be able to understand our customers’ needs and to translate them into our offering of products or services, matching or exceeding their expectations. Being able to do so, and contribute changing the energy model, towards a greener one, is the best!

Ingeteam Power Technology was at that time one out of three Head Divisions within the Ingeteam Group, and was the one focused on static power conversion and controls. More specifically on Static Power Conversion (for Wind, Solar PV, Drives for motors, Traction Inverters, EV chargers, Battery Chargers, etc), Control Systems, Power Grid & Power Automation, Marine and Industrial Systems, and Operation and Maintenance. Reporting to the Ingeteam Group CEO, and with global responsibility, I lead the three Business Division Directors defining and executing the Power Conversion business strategy and business plans to secure reaching the growth targets. Sidewise, working with the other two Head Division CEOs, supporting the Ingeteam Group CEO in the corporation steering committee for budgeting, planning, defining and executing the Group strategy and business plans.
