* Supervise 500+ craft joint venture partner employees and over 25 sub-contractors along the 26.8 mile East Corridor * Identify and anticipate safety and health concerns and hazards by surveying environmental, operational, and occupational conditions and render opinions on new procedures and recommend preventative programs for Joint Venture partners and subs * Extensive experience in monitoring job sites and processes for adherence to OSHA guidelines by overseeing inspections, recommending corrective measures and preparing for OSHA safety audits and investigations * Supervised 25 on-site sub-contractors * Conduct training sessions for OSHA 10 and 30 hour courses in English and Spanish for DTP Project. * Partnered with other DTP members to develop framework for the OSHA VPP application.

Has the responsibility of overseeing Safety & Health Regulations programs and policies as they relate to federal government policies concerning safety in the workplace. Is responsible for developing annual training schedules for employees and scheduling outside safety training organizations (if the need arises) to provide training to personnel. Is responsible to create and overseeing the safety committee and it performance. Has the responsibility of overseeing Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations programs and policies as they relate to federal government policies concerning safety in the roads. Is responsible for developing annual training schedules for employees and scheduling outside safety training organizations (if the need arises) to provide training to personnel. Manage Company Environmental safety program, site assessments, and specific SWAN plans.
