Production Manager – BFG International | Hidd Factory, Bahrain Composite Structural Panels | Carbon Fiber, Glass Fiber, UHPC, GRC Key Project: Expansion of the Holy Mosque (Kaaba), Mecca – Ceiling Systems for Safa & Marwa Bridges As Production Manager at BFG International, I led the full-scale manufacturing of high-performance composite structural panels and decorative elements for landmark projects. My focus was on delivering quality, precision, and efficiency across complex production operations involving Carbon Fiber, E-Glass, UHPC, and GRC. Oversaw the end-to-end production of ceiling panels for the Holy Mosque expansion, including Vacuum Bagging and Resin Infusion processes, CNC-cut tile components, and UHPC décor systems. Managed a team of 300+ skilled technicians and operators, establishing structured training programs to onboard and upskill new employees, enhancing overall productivity. Coordinated with Engineering, Design, and Quality Control teams to ensure all panels met exacting client specifications and project standards. Streamlined material supply and logistics, ensuring timely availability of critical resources to maintain uninterrupted production. Supervised packing, dispatch, and client approvals, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction through timely and accurate delivery. Built strong cross-functional relationships with clients, consultants, and internal management, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycle. This experience allowed me to combine technical expertise in composite manufacturing with team leadership and project management, contributing to the successful delivery of one of the most prestigious infrastructure projects in the Middle East.
