Project: Neom Base Camps 3 & Zero Community Building – Construction of 230 accommodation units, infrastructure, and community facilities. Project Value: SAR 100 million. Duties and Responsibilities: • Directed and coordinated all construction activities, ensuring alignment with project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Led the development of detailed project schedules and resource allocation strategies, ensuring operational efficiency. • Monitored construction progress, identified potential risks, and implemented corrective actions to mitigate delays. • Oversaw procurement and resource management, ensuring timely delivery of materials and manpower. • Cultivated a culture of safety and compliance with regulatory and quality standards, achieving zero safety incidents. • Regularly prepared and presented comprehensive progress updates to stakeholders.

Projects: Diriyah Gate Development Authority Site Building Offices in Diriyah Square & Wadi Safar. Description of the project: The Client: Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA). Project Managers: WSP & AECOM. The Engineers (consultants): AECOM & Rafik El-Khoury. Projects value: 75 Million SAR. Our scope of work consists of building DGDA site offices in Diriyah Square and Wadi Safar following the Najdi Traditional style including Parking and Landscape areas. Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor the project activities including project implementation plans, work program schedules, project budgets, facility requirements, and staffing schedules. • Provide technical support and leadership for construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality control and quality assurance programs as per contract and design specifications. • Coordinate with different departments, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of project activities. • Develop and maintain project documentation, including, but not limited to submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, reports and change orders. • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Prepare periodic reports summarizing progress of construction activities for higher level management and clients, including formal presentations.

Project: Tadawul Tower in King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). Description of the project: The Client: Tadawul Real Estate Company LLC. Project Manager: Mace International Ltd (U.K.). The Engineer (consultant): Nikken Sekkei Ltd (Japan). The Sub-Consultant: Saudi Diyar Consultants. Project value: 1.7 Billion SAR. The Tower consists of 4 Basements, 43 floors and Steel Structure Roof.( Tower Height=200m) Duties & Responsibilities: • Managing and leading all the finishing works from B4 to level 1 and from level 7 to level 33. • Aid and oversee construction engineers with their subcontractors and daily responsibilities. • Liaising with HR & procurement departments to acquire the required resources on time. • Track project progress, develop look ahead schedules, and prepare detailed reports for management and clients. • Evaluate subcontractor billings and workforce projections, and uphold project safety and quality standards. • Coordinate with Design, Commercial and MEP Departments to address site issues and serve as the primary technical advisor for subcontractors.

Project: Khurais Central Processing Facility (KHCPF) Description of the project: The Client: Saudi Aramco. The Contractor: Snamprogetti, SAIPEM (Italy). The Sub-Contractor: CCE (Saudi Arabia). Project value: 200 Million SAR. Our Scope of work is to construct 34 Buildings as new processing facilities buildings to increase the capacity of the plant from 1.2 to 1.5 million barrels/day and make it one of the largest in the world. Duties & Responsibilities: • Responsible for the on-site management of construction activities. • Assigning tasks and responsibilities to Site Engineers and foremen. • Attending meetings and communicate effectively with Client (Saudi Aramco), Contractor (SAIPEM), other Sub-Contractors, stakeholders and departments to resolve issues and coordinate activities. • Plan, coordinate, and control pre-commissioning and final handover, ensuring all snag items and customer comments are addressed. • Ensure that both in-house teams and subcontractors adhere to Aramco's standards and specifications pertaining HSE, quality, and work execution. • Monitor and report progress of work to the client and internally against the baseline schedule.

Project: AlRajhi Bank HQ Tower Description of the project: The Client: AlRajhi Bank Project Manager: Hill International Project value: 900 Million SAR. The project site is located in the Riyadh region of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The project is comprised of 4 basement levels, G+10+roof floors of car parking , G+3 MEP building and a G+36 story grade A office tower, The tower is comprised of four core structures at each corner of the central glazed tower. Duties & Responsibilities: • Supervise, implement, monitor, and control project work as per approved drawings, method statements, and specifications. • Arrange timely resources in coordination with the procurement department, ensuring efficient distribution. • Preparing and monitoring look ahead schedules to meet agreed deadlines. • Assist site engineers and superintendents with site management activities. • Adhere to the company's best practices, standards, and procedures, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. • Solving and coordinating any problem at site with consultant and other departments. • Attend project-related meetings and prepare periodic progress reports.

Project: ALFARDAN GARDEN 6 VILLA COMPOUND Description of the project: The Client: Mr. Ali ALFARDAN Project Manager: Danat Qatar The Engineer (consultant): Consultant Engineering Group,CEG The project consists of 47 villas and a club house. Duties & Responsibilities: • Daily management of the site work to ensure alignment with project plans. • Supervising the execution of civil and finishing works within time, cost and quality requirements. • Managing approved material orders and coordinate with procurement for timely delivery. • Translation look-ahead programs with Site Construction Manager to working schedules for the site supervisory staff. • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures. • Liaise with project stakeholders and ensure effective communication and coordination between all parties involved in the project. • Keep accurate records of construction activities and report regularly on project status.
