I bring with me a blend of unique experiences spanning across the spectrum: 1. Developed and structurally designed housing prototypes for rural communities through government-led initiatives, aligning engineering with social impact. 2. Managed and supervised the execution of RCC shell structures, including villas and high-rise buildings in a luxury residential project, gaining practical experience on how structures are executed on the ground. 3. Conducted a structural safety assessment of an old industrial complex, determining demolition feasibility, and went a step further by redeveloping the site through architectural planning, seismic analysis, and structural design in compliance with codes. 4. Carried out a BIM-enabled cost estimation and structural design for a RCC residential project, integrating detailed seismic analysis with modern modeling workflows. 5. Co-authored and presented a paper on semi-rigid beam–column steel connections in seismic environments, introducing a modeling method that achieved up to 70% reduction in moment. Across these experiences, I’ve built a strong foundation in structural analysis, seismic design, BIM integration, and field execution, always focusing on how to create structures that are safe, economical sustainable.
