➤ Support CGI’s All Payments System (APS) by working on the APS Messaging module, enabling secure and reliable exchange of payment messages between banks and external networks like SWIFT. ➤ Ensure smooth end-to-end message processing, including message validation, routing, compliance checks, and timely delivery, minimizing operational risks. ➤ Support real-time, request/response, and bulk message flows, ensuring accurate and reliable communication across all SWIFT channels. ➤ Solely maintain the Macrobject Help Authoring Suite, creating, updating, and publishing clear and accurate help content for APS UI features, supporting internal teams and client users while improving usability and reducing support queries.

➤ Designed and developed a fully customizable Picture-in-Picture (PiP) window as a production feature for Dialpad Meetings, using Vue and Vuex - enhancing flexibility, responsiveness, and user experience. ➤ Added features such as bottom action bar controls, resizable video cards, dynamic speaker layouts, and automatic PiP activation when switching tabs or opening meetings in a new window — inspired by and improving on experiences from tools like Google Meet. ➤ Resolved 30+ production issues across frontend and backend, including bug fixes related to media controls, layout rendering, and stream handling, resulting in smoother and more reliable meetings. ➤ Participated in code reviews and contributed to documentation to support better team alignment and knowledge sharing. ➤ Tech Stack: JavaScript,Python, Vue.js, Vuex, REST APIs, GCP, Git, Github, Jira, Agile
