PPI Services Operation ( UPI & Cards ) Managing and overseeing day-to-day operations related to PPI services. Ensuring smooth functioning of payment systems, customer transactions, wallet management, and fund flows. Monitoring service levels and addressing any operational issues that arise. New Development Initiating and implementing new features or upgrades for the PPI platform. Collaborating with teams to enhance user experience, adopt new technologies, or expand product offerings. Conducting market research to identify customer needs and aligning the PPI service accordingly. Compliance Ensuring adherence to guidelines issued by regulatory bodies like the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Managing audits and maintaining records as required for compliance. Regularly updating operations in line with changing regulations. Coordination with NPCI & TSPs NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India): Collaborating for UPI (Unified Payments Interface), IMPS (Immediate Payment Service), and other NPCI-enabled payment ecosystems. Managing system integrations, reconciliations, and updates as per NPCI mandates.
