I started my career as an engineer on the floor, learning how AMHS systems come together in some of the most demanding semiconductor fabs in the world. No shortcuts, no fast-tracking. Just three and a half years of building real technical depth at Murata Machinery, from executing installations to eventually leading multi-million dollar projects across Singapore and the United States for clients like STMicroelectronics and Texas Instruments. That foundation is what I carry into every leadership role I take on. Today, I've stepped into a new chapter as Service Operations Manager at BHS Kinetics, where I oversee the AMHS installation department end-to-end — from project planning and resource allocation to commercial management, client relationships, and team development. It's a role that sits at the intersection of technical leadership and business accountability, and that's exactly where I want to be.Over the course of my career, I've maintained 98% on-time delivery across critical milestones, reduced issue resolution time by 31% on a $50M project, and driven measurable efficiency improvements by integrating smarter workflows into live production environments.
