Led and executed day-to-day open-cast mining operations with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities & Achievements: Supervised daily mining activities, including drilling, blasting, excavation, and hauling, ensuring optimal ore recovery and alignment with production targets. Planned and monitored production schedules, collaborating with geologists, surveyors, safety officers, and planning teams to maintain desired stripping ratio and ore quality. Enforced strict compliance with DGMS and IBM regulations, ensuring high standards of safety and environmental performance across operations.
