He leads the External Assurance Practice for Kirtane & Pandit in Mumbai. Engaged in the review assignments and client transition support across Agro, Auto Ancillary, Chemicals, Food, Healthcare, Hospitality, Entertainment, Media. His involvement in the understanding of Business processes, focus on improvement areas and ensuring with the alignment of compliance frameworks. His Clients include Listed/Pvt Ltd Companies, Multi-National Companies, Large Family House Businesses. Other than conducting Statutory Audits, Aditya has advised on different assignments like M&A, Due Diligence, IPO, IND AS Implementation, Company Law Matters. Kirtane & Pandit is 70+ year old national firm with 35+ partners and 1200+ staff across 8 cities of India.
