With 12+ years of work experience, my professional journey boldly highlights career transitions - from being a Risk Advisory Consultant at Deloitte India to freelancing and now leading independent ventures :- Aspire to Progress - an employment mentorship and strategy platform wherein I assist job seekers globally with Resume Writing, LinkedIn Profile Optimization, Job Search to Application strategy, Career Clarity and Interview Preparation. Sustainable Progress (formerly Aditi Maheshwari & Co) - a business and brand strategy platform that supports green businesses in designing sustainable business processes, expand operations, devise revenue and sales channels and embed sustainability practices. Along with the above I also lead and support :- - educational workshops and fund raising initiatives at NGOs - designing inclusive curriculum for schools & colleges - organizing outreach events for women owned art & craft businesses - devising immersive art experiences - working with artisan clusters to promote their products - mental health coaching for differently abled individuals. Prior to these, I worked at Deloitte India where I audited internal processes of 10+ industries across manufacturing, hospitality, aviation, agriculture, infrastructure development, amongst others and gained immense exposure. I also freelanced for a few years on content writing, workshop facilitation, foreign language translation and portfolio designing.
