Coordinating the entire recruitment process – from scheduling interviews to collecting feedback and ensuring smooth follow-ups. 2. Assisting students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance to improve their job readiness. 3. Planning and executing placement drives, virtual hiring events, and job fairs to connect talent with opportunities. 4. Maintaining and updating a candidate and job database across high-demand tech domains, including: > Data Science, Power BI, AWS with DevOps > Java, Python, React JS, Microsoft Azure, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL, Business Analysis 5. Preparing placement reports and tracking hiring progress and outcomes. 6. Actively engaging with new companies and industry partners to build long-term hiring collaborations.
