Developed system and software requirements based on customer needs for the Hybrid ePowertrain architecture of Aston Martin AM900, AM003, and AM868 variants, ensuring alignment with functional, performance, and safety standards. Analyzed DOORS requirements and created system-level and vehicle-level use cases in Capella, enabling seamless integration of hybrid powertrain systems. Developed Ansys System Simulation for Isolated Phase Shifted Bi-directional DC-DC Converter (470V-14V), co-simulated with MATLAB/Simulink to validate heat performance, efficiency, and thermal management. Developed NI LabVIEW step types which can interact with software - Vector CANoe and hardware such as Programmable Power Supply, Signal generator, Oscilloscope,ECU Fault Box, Relay Board, Epiphan, etc. 2. Led sensor integration testing for fault - injection scenarios (camera occlusion, LiDAR blockage, radar interference) to ensure safe fallback to Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC). 3. Involved in tracing SerDes and SPI traffic, using oscilloscope and logic analyzers to resolve high - speed timing issues for reliable sensor data streams. 4. Designed and implemented a C++ driver for a front-facing CSI-2 camera, enabling real-time video feed for lane-keeping and stop-and-go traffic support.
