I have lived and worked in India, Philippines, Japan and Vietnam; and played global roles spanning all 19 geographies of Accenture for 8 years. I have over 7 years of experience in talent management, culture change, leadership development and I&D. I am an expert in the area of formulating a people strategy to support business growth. I have proven ability to manage scale AND operate in start-up environments- in Accenture I have been the business partner spanning groups of upto 35,000 employees and have led programs to set up businesses from scratch in India, Vietnam and Indonesia.
