Facilitated virtual sessions and draft communication plans. Supported content creation of Offsite Facilitation Guides. Local HR Services, Manila Facilitated New Hire Orientation and onboarding of new employees of SAP Philippines. Worked on operational tasks such as Day 1 Readiness for all countries in APJ, process of Employee Record Change Form (ERCF) requests, Amex applications. Provided insights and recommendations to local processes and policies for SAP Philippines. Built and presented a solution to simplify and optimize manual activities of operational tasks. HRBP, Bangalore Participated in daily HRBP activities including shadowing in employee grievance and communication meetings with manager and teams. Worked on local projects like launching the Career Success Centre, redefining the SAP Labs India Annual Awards process. Collaborated with setting up RAW (IC) project (compliance) with Head HR at Ariba India and worked on the initial phases of the Care for Life Project (Employee driven trust fund).
