Daily reporting: • Update the Just-In-Time (JIT) and Purchase Order (PO) detail report • Download monthly purchase forecasts • Manually update buyer and planner reports • Update Balanced Scorecard (BSC) • Download the manual OTDS file from OPM • Update DOD and BOL ( DC2) 4. Supporting the team: • Enter manual orders and acknowledge them to customers • Release production orders • Print production order tickets • Coordinate holiday schedules for team members • Update queue management • Update monitoring orders in take • Plan material shipments.

As a Captain of Production, I have the primary responsibility of managing co-workers and ensuring that the production targets set by the company are achieved. Additionally, I am responsible for entering all the product data that my team has produced into a software system called Indusoft, which is used by Schneider Electric for data analysis and reporting. I also includes participating in monthly learning sessions provided by Schneider Electric to keep updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and practices. These sessions may cover a wide range of topics related to production management, quality control, safety, and environmental standards.
