Developed and taught course material for Level I DAWIA certified Contracting Course material for the Army Acquisition Center of Excellence. Trained and mentored over 3700 Acquisition Professionals in Level I Contracting and Contract Pricing Essentials. Conducted all the ACE certifications. Consulted with multiple customers and provided training to include the MFO in Egypt. Developed new initiatives to present material online during COVID. Consistently adjusted material to target needs of the diverse audience from military to civilian. Ensured all material was current with the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Coordinated Field Support Activities to give students an overall contracting perspective upon entering their initial contracting positions. In addition to my primary teaching responsibilitiy, taught the COR and Quality Assurance classes for the AACOE and Army Corp of Engineers in Japan, Kuwait and Germany.

Developed and taught curriculum to Masters Level Students in Contract Management and Law. Developed Programs of Instructions and maintained ACE Equivalency. Taught a diverse group of students as UAH combined graduates and under graduates. Maintained integrity in the classroom and provided interesting and beneficial lectures that prepared students to enter the workforce

Professor of Contracting (pricing) to include proposal analysis and negotiation. Indirect rate calculation, direct material and labor and proft/fee analysis.

Served as Adjunct Professor teaching Contract Pricing. This included topics such as overhead rate development, material and labor analysis and how to calculate profit per the regulations in the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Mentored students outside the classroom and prepared them for entry into Contracting related fields. Maintained a positive classroom environment that challenged students and made coming to class fun and beneficial.
