Oversaw Salesforce system operations, including data tracking, uploads, and strategic reporting to support program evaluation and decision-making. Audited and maintained budgets, contributed data analysis for grant reporting, and created visualizations to communicate program impact to stakeholders.

As the assistant to the director of the Lewis Summer Intern Program I collaboratively worked on running professional development seminars for a cohort of 45 interns. These seminars included session in personal growth, professional communication, and much more. In addition to these seminars, my responsibilities included developing a curriculum for new internship opportunities and planning an opportunity and recruitment fair that hosted over 10 different organizations. Throughout the summer I also acted as one of the two primary points of contact for the interns regarding any issues that may arise. This experience taught me tremendous amounts in regard to developing new programs and mentorship for new professionals.

Within this role I mentor, and assist youth in the Chicagoland area in planning and executing fun educational programs for their peers. In addition to planning events, I am the primary contact for logistics and marketing to the attendees as well as communicating with parents and the national office of Young Judaea. I have utilized different social media platforms to advertise the events created and to ensure participation and success.

I worked on a team with 7 very skilled individuals collaborating to create new innovative programs for Chicago's youth. Personally, I was independently working on creating service projects accessible to any age and size group for year round application, as well as editing and updating online resources, and making visual aid for my colleagues. I self taught Illustrator, and became proficient with Microsoft Outlook during my time at the JUF. One thing that I had to do when I jumped into my summer internships was learn how the environment functioned, because up until this point I have primarily worked with the same individuals in the same environment for the past few years, and I am very proud of how well I adjusted. I created many strong relationships with very talented individuals while also fulfilling my responsibilities.

My responsibilities included coming up with original ideas for blog posts to interest a large range audience which are then posted on the national website and shared via different social media platforms. I would photograph and record events as well as photo based articles also to be published.

Serving as my chapters secretary required me to be one of the most unbiased and confidential individuals in the house. My main responsibilities were to calculate participation for all members which ultimately acted as the determining factor for members to select certain benefits within the house. In addition, I managed the email server as well as recording all executive board meetings with my fellow board members. Making decisions with the betterment of the house in mind is something that I'm passionate about and received the chance do to via my position on the executive board as well as spending time during my time off to help mentor another schools chapter secretary on how best to execute our responsibilities.

I served as a unit head for a staff of 14+ staff members and 30+ children where my primary objectives were to teach, evaluate, and plan for my staff members and children. Acting as a mentor and resource for staff members, some of whom were international and 3 years my senior gave me great communication and mediation skills as well as the problem solving abilities only a high pressure and limited time environment can give. I spent 23 hours a day 6 days a week doing everything in my power to make sure Young Judaea Midwest functioned properly whether that meant picking up a kitchen shift when there was no one else to do it, or giving advice to staff members who weren't directly my responsibility.

As a writer for the Odyssey I came up with original and creative content for readers. I wrote weekly blogs or articles geared towards the target audience which were published on the online publication. In addition to the website, the community of writers and I would promote our work on other social media platforms to widen the range of viewership and exposure.
