Interviewed senior management of National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) and division heads to develop a strategic long term business plan for NBP and all it’s divisions (including the Islamic Banking Division) to ensure growth, sustainability and increased profitability, encompassing business and financial projections for all business segments. Collected, compiled and analysed data on the Pakistani Banking Sector, including major players, products (Standard & Islamic) and services for building CAPEX / Organisational / Branch / Revenue models for the Business Plan submitted to Deutsche Bank Helped finalize the operation Manuals for First Women Bank Ltd and worked on PTCL Due Diligence. Conducted Manufacturing & Product Analysis and assisted in the Financial Analysis for the Due Diligence of Pakistan Steel Mills Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd Conducted interviews and meetings with the Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited management and stakeholders to make recommendations pertaining to operational efficiency in relation to KSE’s Strategic Business Plan Assisted in market research and data compilation for Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts in Pakistan as part of the Feasibility Study Conducted industry review and market competitor analysis of the local biscuit market to assist Ulker & Pak Oasis in formulating a marketing strategy for a Joint Venture feasibility study Analysed the local NGO regulatory framework; based on review, formulated a funding strategy, performed a financial statement analysis and assisted in designing a growth model for Zindagi Trust’s Business Plan. Conducted off-site visits and met with the president and operations managers of Indus Resource Centre to design the Human Resource & Administration manual & the Micro-credit Operations manual Mapped out a substantial portion of LG Electronics Pakistan’s existing and re-engineered operations in relation to their BPR plan for Service Line Efficiency Assessment and Operations Restructuring.
