Project: The Atrium – The Premier Commercial Mall Hub, NIBM Annex Pune -Working as a Client-Side Deputy Project Manager for The Atrium, a landmark commercial development in Pune. -Collaborating with Genesys PMC and appointed contractors to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of project milestones. -Oversee project planning, scheduling, and coordination between stakeholders to achieve on-time completion. -Monitor site execution, quality, and safety standards, ensuring adherence to project specifications and design requirements. -Prepare and review BOQs, RA Bills, DPRs, and MIS reports to support effective cost and resource management. -Conduct regular progress reviews with PMC, contractors, and consultants to track timelines, identify risks, and implement corrective measures. -Ensure contract compliance, material approvals, and vendor coordination as per project requirements. -Represent client interests in meetings, site inspections, and project documentation, maintaining transparency and accountability.

Site Execution (Residential): - Independent execution of RCC, Blockwork, Cement Plaster and Infrastructure activities. - Interpretation of engineering drawings, translation and monitoring of the details to site. - Co-ordination with multiple contractors for efficient operation and collaboration. - Verification and certification of running account bills for RCC, infrastructure and finishing works performed. - Validation of BBS for all structural elements. - Proper document management for all activities of residential construction. - Daily progress monitoring and tracking of activities. OFFICE WORK: - Creating WO, material BOQ in ERP, Bills checking, ensure recovery against rework, checking taxation of all bills. - Cross check Bill of Quantity (BOQ) against drawings / specifications - Reporting to client and consultant for the progress of work, status of actual Vs planned progress of work through DPR and MPR report - To watch and inspect the construction and assure that it is done in full accordance with the plans and specifications. - Prepare required clarification letters to client, subcontractors, vendors, etc. - Work out the quantities of RCC & finishing item by using Hard /Soft copy of Drawing.

Project monitoring using Master Construction Plan - Supervising various classes of labour and instructing supervisors and foremen on day to day basis while monitoring and maintaining Labour Productivity up to the company standards. - Written and in person communication with client representative; maintaining record of Drawings and other daily documentation. - Coordinate marking, checking for building, line out for various structural and non-structural components. - Prepare the check list of various works of item execute on site & check same from the senior authority/client. - Checking of actual consumption of material on site as per IS Standard or Mix Design. - Coordinate the activities between various contractors and subcontractors - Work out the quantities of RCC & finishing item by using Hard /Soft copy of Drawing.
