For over 20 years, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, human development, and wellbeing. I am a wellness entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of BREATHE, a nature-based wellbeing venture inspired by Finnish SISU and Forest Mind methodology.In the corporate world, I have held senior HR leadership roles in the industrial and pharmaceutical industries and within the Schneider Group, leading complex organizational systems and supporting people through growth, change, and challenge. My background also includes the establishment of pharmaceutical ventures. At the same time, I have deepened my work in therapeutic and integrative practices, exploring the profound connection between mind, body, and inner wellbeing.Today, this dual perspective shapes my work across sectors-as the founder of a wellbeing venture, a certified Forest Mind specialist, and Chair of a nonprofit organization. Across all of these roles, my focus remains the same: helping individuals, teams, and communities cultivate wellbeing in a way that is grounded, human, and sustainable.My journey to Finland was part of a deeper search for a model of wellbeing that remains steady even in times of crisis-a way to preserve clarity, vitality, and inner strength when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. In the Finnish forests, I found two powerful frameworks: the SISU mindset and the Forest Mind practice.As one of the only certified Forest Mind specialists in Israel, I bring these principles into organizations, NGOs, and communities through a practical and thoughtful approach that integrates leadership, nervous system regulation, and nature-based practices.
