As Head of Global VBTS, I lead solution design, service architecture, programme management, order management, provisioning and in life operations for Vodafone Business. This covers the following geographic regions & lines of business: - Asia Pacific - Americas - Middle East - Africa - Europe (for global connectivity products). - Carrier Services - Internet of Things Leading a team of >1100 people across 16 different countries designing and delivering fixed connectivity, mobility, unified communications, cloud, security & IoT product portfolios. Typically managing in excess of 300 projects at any one time with a TCV >£1Bn and provisioning of >8000 fixed & unified communications connections globally a year. Serving multinational customers across all industries e.g. finance, utilities, tech, manufacturing, hospitality, automotive etc and working with a number of tier 1 systems integrators to deploy solutions to our end business customers. This is a critical customer facing role with the remit to transform our service delivery processes & tools to drive efficiency and improve customer experience through digitalization & automation. The role has full budget responsibility along with KPI targets to support Vodafone Business service revenue growth, in year revenue and margin.

As Head of Customer Programme Delivery for Group Enterprise I lead all aspects of a portfolio encompassing >500 projects and programmes. Supported by a team of >300 Project & Programme Managers & Solution designers Globally with a TCV in excess of £2bn. This is a critical leadership role for Vodafone Group delivering end to end communication solutions (Mobility, Fixed, IoT, Unified Comms & Cloud solutions) to our Global Enterprise customers. The role focusses on large scale, highly complex deliveries with the responsibility of ensuring a smooth and profitable execution.

Enterprise is one of Vodafone’s key areas of growth. Our current network, IT, processes and tools have been built historically for mobile, consumer services and a deep transformation is required to tackle the challenges of the enterprise segments and meet customer expectations. Working for VF Group technology, leading the transformation programme which will create a dedicated Technology Enterprise Service (TES) team in each Market & centrally for Vodafone Group (operating model, processes, resources & capability). VF Germany’s Enterprise Excellence implementation operating model will be used as the blueprint. The programme will be rolling out the model in Spain, Italy, South Africa and UK and then extend to all other markets (Turkey, India, Group) The programme is part of a larger transformation which also includes changes to Commercial, Products & Enterprise IT systems.
