 Responsible of plan, organize and Execute overall piping fabrication and erection works include identification of materials.  Allocation of material, man power and equipment for daily work activities.  Preparation of weld map/spool drawings and coordination of Shop spool fabrication.  Inspection of piping as per isometric, GAD and P&ID.  Provide technical answers to engineering queries raised up by the sub-contractors confirming design drawings and standard requirements.  Fabrication & Erection of lines along with spring supports and guided supports, insulation and cladding.  Managing construction activities carried out by sub-contractors by ensuring the Scope of work is achieved and monitor the permit to work system.  Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module.  Responsible for line checking after hydro test to complete the post punch list prior to sign-off the test packages before signing the completion of piping/mechanical.  Preparation of As built drawing and test pack, preparation of mechanical punch list, hydro testing, Flange management and box up activities as per applicable codes, procedures and standards.  Assist pre commissioning and commissioning activities of piping systems completed include flange joint leak test, air flushing, water flushing, nitrogen purging etc.

 Construction Drawings- P&ID, Piping Isometrics, Equipment-Pressure vessel, Structural, GAD, layouts.  Responsible of plan, organize and execute overall piping fabrication and erection works include identification of materials.  Preparation of as-built drawing and test package .  Making relevant paper works, closing punch list, on time updation and clarify with sub contractor and client,  Inspecting Hydrotest as per ASME section VIII.
