* Oversee capital projects associated with maintenance and upgrades of existing leased facilities, as well as overall responsibility for the ongoing performance and performance efficiency of each facility physical plan. * Develops and implements procedures to ensure the facilities function safely, effectively and efficiently. * Perform RF Drive Test activities on pre-defined sites within a specific geographic area. * Use XCAL to perform ATP testing for multiband (800/1900/2500) sites. * Perform stationary and mobility test at the cell sites to check/verify the KPI’s. * Monitoring of key performance parameters such as SINR, RSRP, DL/UL throughputs, handovers during the drive testing. * Make E911 calls to ensure location accuracy with the PSAP. * Troubleshooting equipment failure and set up laptop device manager and comm. ports.
