Style and display product creatively in a way that best represents the products in a lifestyle setting, for both web photography, and narrative photography. Work closely with the Senior Stylist and the Art Director for styling and studio direction. Contribute ideas and inspiration for creative content during monthly meetings, as well as weekly, product photography meetings. Maintain a digital archive of all photography files for product and creative photography. Shoot occasional product photography in a studio and natural light setting; focusing on the uniqueness, functionality and to the special detail that pertains to each individual product.​ Communicate with buying and merchandising partners to accurately represent key product features, while maintaining efficiency and brand appropriateness Uphold a high level of technical quality for photography within a studio setting, maintaining a consistent, cohesive aesthetic. Shoot blog photography as well as occasional creative additions for product photography; both upholding brand specific standards and creativity. Retouch, crop, upload images when needed/ work with product retoucher to maintain organization of all new, incoming files to be uploaded Working with MTS, to maintain the current status of products completion Work in a high volume environment; understanding and meeting deadlines, and working with team members to ensure the most effective ways to execute day to day tasks and projects. Manage an everyday/weekly schedule for both myself and Product photographer, developing effective methods to execute priority product and product to be shot throughout the week Maintain organization of samples Work with Freelance photographers, setting up guides and imagery as guidelines for best photographing product on current day Constantly researching and exploring new ideas to better improve product and creative photography

To complete the bi-weekly mail pack, and stay up to date on contents involving mail pack supplies. To complete and curate weekly projects and inspirational ideas to inform co-workers of product knowledge through a creative activity, that I choose to execute. To maintain an organized work environment based on communication and detail oriented noting, and to assist the store operations content coordinator with daily emails and tasks.
