• To raise purchase order for component based on New Order Inquiry (NOI) from Customer Service team as well as weekly Material Requirement Plan (MRP). • To make sure the material is available based on production plan from planner VS customer forecast. • Assist engineer and vendor for PCN part and follow up till approve. • Work out plan for buffering of components in order to make sure there is no disruption of supply. • Work together with Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) and supplier for any material quality issue and claim. • Involve with supplier site audit under ISO 9001 at supplier site together with SQE.. • Provide forecast to supplier on time so that supplier have better picture of the demand for the pull in activities. • Always ensure inventory value within control level. • Evaluate selected supplier performance score card on quarterly basis. • Evaluate supplier on time delivery performance. • Source for alternate suppliers for high runners’ parts and follow up with QA for the outcome. • Ensure department KPI is met (Counterfeit parts) • Compile report for customer (DNS, receiving report, quarterly report)

• Planned export shipments to ensure that customer receive the stocks on time. • Liaise with different departments within company regarding export documents. • Handling pre and post shipping documents on timely manner. • To follow up and prepare quotation for overseas agent. • Manage the stock availability with planner. • To follow up & plan shipments for contract manufacturing order • To follow up with consignment order

• Liaise with Sales Order Management department for delivery of stocks to customer • Forecast stock by model for the next 3 months • Allocated stock to branches. • Prepare sales report to branch manager. • Key in and track order in system. • Prepare collection note and invoice every middle and end month. • Prepare quarterly promotion plan for dealer. • Claim office expenses
