I’m pleased to share that I’ve been promoted to Specialist Analyst on the Enterprise Team within the Brand Risk Intelligence department at Resolver, a Kroll business.

As a CSR at Metro Bank, I used to greet and welcome customers while providing exceptional service. I managed cashier transactions, identified and addressed customers' needs, and assisted with personal and business accounts. I used to take ownership of customers' queries and facilitate loan and credit card queries. Additionally, I actively participated in in-store events and supported new colleagues.

As a skilled professional, I organized and managed multiple activities for the organization, including the Open Government Local Project, Global Giving Project, Erasmus +, and Regional LEAP in Conference. I demonstrated my strong event management abilities by arranging, moderating, and facilitating two international conferences: Albanian Leap in 2020-2021 and Albanian Dream in 2020-2021. Additionally, I served as a member of the recruitment commission responsible for selecting new members for the organization. These experiences showcase my ability to coordinate complex projects, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively with teams to achieve common goals.

As an industrial property inspector, I analyzed legal documents to ensure compliance with intellectual property rights. I collaborated with stakeholders to address issues and reported findings to management and legal teams. Additionally, I represented Albania in reporting on EU intellectual property legislation. I demonstrated strong analytical skills, knowledge of regulations, and effective communication and collaboration abilities.

As an Inspector of Supervision of Standards in Tourism at the Ministry of Finance & Economy, I was responsible for monitoring tourism activities to ensure compliance with established criteria and conditions. I conducted inspections of tourist locations to identify potential areas of concern and maintained complete documentation related to inspections. In addition, I collaborated with other state institutions to ensure regulatory compliance. This role required excellent attention to detail, knowledge of tourism regulations, and strong communication and collaboration abilities

As an Employment Specialist, I have successfully designed and implemented employment integration programs for young people, women, and individuals with disabilities. I regularly conducted evaluations of employment promotion programs to identify and address execution issues, ensuring the programs were effective and met the intended goals. In addition, I monitored the progress of the programs and ensured compliance with the requirements through evidence-based controls. My strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and extensive knowledge of employment promotion policies and procedures enabled me to excel in this role.
