Worked with Motorola as RF engineer and also that during my work period in Motorola enrolled in Mobile Switching Office (MSO) and Control Room testing and acceptance, TETRA site integration, commissioning and Acceptance, and enrolled in below activities as RF engineer:  Managing subcontractor activities during various stages of network deployment: • Installation.  Integration and Commissioning.  Site candidate selection and network/cluster re-planning, using Motorola's coverage prediction tool(s) and any other tools needed.  Managing coverage acceptance process.  Troubleshooting any RF-related problems.  Performing on site activities whenever needed.  Monitoring and analyzing KPIs in the network.  Managing network optimization process based.  Answering customer's RF-related questions.  Support the deployment and FE team for site activities whenever needed.

 KPIs analysis and optimization such as: TCH Congestion rate, SDCCH, Congestion rate, Traffic CS, Call Setup Success Rate.  Collecting data statistic from EMS or OMM  Evaluation period based on traffic analysis and BH definition  GSM and UMTS nominal cell planning using U-Net and Atoll.  Frequency tuning and reframing to use UMTS900.  Performing site survey for new sites and configuration adjustments as a part of optimization activities.  Proposed LAC Redesign for Libyana Network west area in PO2 project.  Single site verification acceptance for PO1 and PO2 project.  Prepare templates for survey report, Single site verification, and As-built report.  Follow and review the survey report, Single site verification, and As-built report.  Evaluate, Analyze and Troubleshooting. (KPIs, Coverage, capacity and DT results) for swapped and cutover clusters in PO1 and PO2 in ZTE area to guarantee the best QoS.
