Integration Expert on Development of SOI Gate Driver ICs (C5SOI) - Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard. - Support new product releases, technology transfer projects and ramp up production of new technologies. - Develop models from process data to predict process margins, develop new processes and infer improvement direction. - Monitor and work with PI/UPE colleagues to ensure stability of product parameters. - Lead and support Process Control Monitoring/Inline , yield, Defect Density and quality improvement programs. - Process Control Monitoring to functional testing correlation for gate driver IC products. - Process route creation/release and maintenance. - Perform DOE splits for process margin study and improvement, DOE for optimization of product performance. - Investigate, identify and provide fast feedback to production line in case of Process Control Monitoring/Inline/Defect Density trend deviation/drift. - Support new product releases and production tool releases. - Support technology transfer / development projects. - Lead and support Technology Synchronization. - Support technology FMEA updates, production tools/process releases (PCRB) and MRB risk assessment.

- Managed operational best practices, measures and facilitate laboratory equipment for preventive maintenance. - Ensured the compliance of laboratory to HSE standards were met. - Prepared feasibility reports based on scientific characterizations, solar monitoring and data acquisition for internal use, supporting data for research grant proposals, research presentations and project documentation. - Optimized the fabrication process of small-area 3rd generation dye-sensitized solar cells as reference baseline for the Research & Development team. - Experienced in high vacuum CVD, PVD, Sputtering, roll printing, doctor-blading and silkscreen deposition methods and processes. - Developed large scale process for large surface-area dye-sensitized solar panels. - Developed and established process for fabrication of solar cells on flexible substrates (plastic sheets), - Developed prototypes for solar panel/cell integrated windows and wall facades for buildings. - Developed electronic power regulation systems specifically for dye sensitized solar panels (Electrical circuit and PCB design). - Deployed fabricated solar panels for power generation. - Developed and deployed proof of concept for building integrated photovoltaics (BIPV) system uniquely based on 3rd Generation dye-sensitized solar cells.

Part-Time mode by Research - Developed TiO2 nanoparticles and photoelectrode device design for use in power generation efficiency improvement of 3rd generation dye-sensitized solar cells. - Highly experienced in material-based analysis techniques (FESEM, XRD, TEM etc) - Highly experienced in Impedance Measurement techniques and analysis of electrochemical devices. - Developed simulation models and techniques to predict the effects of improvement measures on the efficiency of the solar cell. - Highly experienced in solar panel and solar cells testing (IEC 61646, IEC 61215, ASTM E1171, modified-Quantum Efficiency for DSCs)
