As Client Representative for the Private Office of Mohammed Daud Mohammed Hanif, my father, I am in charge of our family’s complete real estate development portfolio across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. My responsibilities span the entire project lifecycle: land acquisition, feasibility analysis, design coordination, contract negotiation, construction management, payment certification, and final handover. I also lead our established gypsum and cladding business with four decades of proven expertise. We serve major government and civic projects throughout the UAE, delivering complex GRG, GRC, GRP, and fibrous gypsum installations. Our consistent nomination by leading consultants and government authorities reflects our technical precision and reliability in executing large‑scale infrastructure work. In addition to these responsibilities, I serve as a Non‑Executive Board Member for multiple schools in the UAE, representing my father’s vision and ensuring governance decisions align with our family’s legacy of education and community empowerment. Since September 2025, I have also taken on the role of Chief Executive Officer of DHP Foundation, where I lead governance, strategy, and operations across education and community development initiatives. My current flagship project is the multi‑phase construction of the Government Shri Krishna Senior Secondary School’s (Fathepur Shekhawati, Rajasthan) new campus, a philanthropic initiative that will provide completely free education for children from poor and underserved communities. Every aspect of the school (from tuition and books to uniforms and facilities) is offered without cost, ensuring that disadvantaged children have access to quality, government‑recognized education. Supported by our Dubai‑based DHP team, I am committed to strengthening operations, enhancing transparency, and aligning philanthropic goals with measurable impact, while preserving the family values of integrity, education, and empowerment that guide our work. Across all these roles, I remain the primary decision‑maker responsible for business structuring, financial oversight, legal risk assessment, and strategic planning. I personally conduct major negotiations, supervise contract execution, authorize payments, and maintain operational control across ventures. From technical specification review to commercial growth initiatives, I apply comprehensive industry knowledge with hands‑on management authority, while extending our family legacy into education, governance, and philanthropy.
