ACHIEVEMENTS: Symend Inc: • Collaborated with Data Engineers to develop a notebook for testing feature mapping from one table to another, drastically reducing testing time by 90%, from weeks to hours. • Acted as a resource for colleagues by onboarding new team members and assisting with technology challenges faced, training them on team documentation to assist with business knowledge and best practices to follow in the team, ultimately contributing to the success of the team. • Developed and implemented a comprehensive Data Governance framework within 2 months, enhancing data quality, and consistency across clients, ultimately leading to more informed decision-making and increased operational efficiency across the organization. Geka Pharma: • Received the Geka Pharma employee of the month award in May 2018, after leading a cross-functional team through an ERP system migration, using agile principles, exceeding management’s expectations of hard work and dedication. • Built and implemented simple, easy-to-use solutions, solving logistics problems experienced by the warehousing team in the company. • Designed a Business Intelligence (BI) dashboard for real-time alerts providing a data-driven solution to enable cost-cutting, risk management, planning/budgeting, process optimization, and decision-making.
