I initiated study analysis on frequent personnel attrition (departures) in the company 1962 - 1977 3.2. Campus recruitment campaign 1977 – 1979 with follow up training in France. Most of those employed stayed in the company up to the top most level of their career (GM, DMD, Director) I was involved in the interview of almost all candidates at almost all levels. We used the services of external consultant to conclude all managerial positions, both administrative and technical. 3.3. Most of the employees stayed in the company till the top of their career and retirement. (GM, DMD, Director) 3.4. I initiated monthly film show (using the film streams borrowed from the then Federal Ministry of Information) for employees in remote locations (OML 57 UPOMAMI) to beef up their social life (before the advent of video system) 3.5. I initiated activities for the promotion of cross cultural collaboration activities – Multinational cultures, Nigerian and French. 3.6. I initiated the study/analysis of all employees career evolution, as a database input to annual employees appraisal 1978 – 1982. Both the management and employees were relieved of the crisis that usually followed such exercise in the past. 3.7. March 1976 – 1983: I was the Secretary to the weekly management meetings. 3.8. 1977 – 1983 : I participated in the annual elf group training and development managers conference held in France, Norway (visited the north sea oil fields, FRIGG, with a certificate 1981), Gabon, Congo DR 3.9. Engaged in various relevant continuous self-development programmes.
