* Responsible for efficient & highly productive planning with consideration to the vessel stability * safety under load & discharge operations. * Planning of vessels on Navis SPARCS as per stowage for a smooth and fast turn around of vessels. * Controlling and planning the complete yard and dispatching process in order to achieve * maximum productivity and efficiency. * Execution of a yard simulation in order to avoid any clashes in the yard during discharge and * also for future loading. * Focal point to the shipping lines to ensure that berthing request, production and requirements * are handled in a professional and efficient manner. * Page No. 2 / 3 * Identify areas and processes, which can be improved for better efficiencies within the * company. * Liaise closely with other shipping companies, their agents and third parties. * Ensure that the company health, safety and environment policies are adhered within all * aspects of the operations. * Perform other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the management.
