➢ To train all the project staff and worker on Safety & health ➢ To inspect firefighting equipment’s and to ensure that all are in working condition. ➢ To conduct emergency evacuation drills periodically.. ➢ To update review and enforce the fire detection and fire control system in addition training and educational programs on fire prevention and fighting. ➢ To coordinate & motivate the safety educational and training program among workers. ➢ To identify hazardous task and process as well as hazardous zones in the worker place with suitable demarcation of such zones. ➢ Inspection of tools and equipment used in welding process check for adequate ventilation or exhaust fans for extraction of frames. ➢ Implementation of work permits system. (Hot work/ Excavation & Confined Space). ➢ Reviews studies and analyses of industrial accident causes and hazards to health for use by company personnel and outside agencies. ➢ Reviews the investigation data of accidents and injuries and cooperates in the preparation of material and evidence for organization use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations.. ➢ Verifies compliance with health and safety regulations and ensures all necessary records are prepared and maintained according to approved Project HSE Plan and Country law & regulations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  Routine Site Inspections & Enforces safety guidelines after safety inspection.  Ensure that the company complies and adheres to Occupational health and safetyguidelines to reduce work related injuries.  Maintaining and record Certificates for Equipment’s and all other Accessories.  Periodic Inspection of Safety equipment / tools and protective systems.  Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).  Checking permit to work and JSA before starting the work activities.  Ensure quarterly inspections and color code systems for lifting equipment, power tools and firefighting equipment inspection and record.  Monthly inspection of HSE equipment.  Ensure warning/caution signs and prohibition slogans & safety awareness signage’s.  Inspection of tools and equipment at work site before start.  Providing suggestions and taking corrective actions and Follow up Actions for Unsafe Acts, Unsafe Conditions and Near Misses to eliminate and mitigate the hazards.  Ensure availability of Hard Barricade, flashlights, Signs boards where needed.  Safe working procedure for working at Heights.
