1. Lead day-to-day CWM Production operations to ensure achievement of the production quantity, quality, efficiency and consistency of the plant target to satisfy existing and future customers. 2. Create systems and procedures, to establish good internal governance that adheres to international standards, including, but not limited to GMP, ISO 9001, FSC 22000. All in the efforts to create satisfied customers due to consistency of production. 3. Manage, Mentor, and Direct the team members below, according the the systems and procedures built above, allowing new leaders to arise, and increase exposure to different fields through cross-pollination between departments. 4. Achieving the above, by having the leadership to lead the unit, as well as build a collaborative environment with other departments from different disciplines and experiences, working together towards the above objectives. 5. Oversee processes and the quality of Inputs of Raw Materials coming in and create built-in redundancies through recommendation of improvements and maintain equipment's to achieve the lowest risk towards safety of personnel, equipment, and company's assets.

Plant transformation provides an opportunity to grow and develop for excellence. The current production manager was assigned as project manager of what was called the “Magnolia Project”. A strategic project that makes plant operations much more effective, efficient and generates high profits for the business. In addition, the existing plant must continue to operate as usual. Producing products with good quality and on-time delivery.

I successfully led spray dryer production with more than 95% schedule adherence, reducing NCR-related rework by 30% through strict quality follow-up and CAPA execution. By fostering a strong safety culture among 17 operators, I achieved zero major safety violations and positive third-party audits. I drove efficiency through predictive maintenance, operator care programs, and routine downtime activities, while standardizing operations by authoring 30+ SOPs and control plans. Beyond daily leadership, I contributed to strategic decision-making via production reporting and led multiple improvement projects, strengthening process reliability and operational excellence—key capabilities for a future Production Manager.

Originally, the filling station section was part of the warehouse and finish good department. However, due to the many operational issues that occurred in daily operations, the filling station section became part of the production department. At that time the filling station was struggling with cross contamination issues (contamination between products, hot water and foreign materials). Successful achievements were obtained by reducing the complaint value from a total of 2-4 complaints per month to 0 complaints per month. Which has saved a cost margin of 1.5K USD per shipment and CONC of around 100K USD for each rejection.

Drove refinery production with more than 95% on-time delivery, while managing an IDR 1.5B budget and optimizing resource usage. Strengthened safety culture across 17 operators and 4 leaders, achieving zero lost-time injuries and full audit compliance. Implemented 5 process improvements with Manufacturing Technology, cutting downtime by 30%, and partnered with Maintenance teams on predictive maintenance to improve equipment availability. Reduced recurring defects by 25% in 6 months through NCR/CAPA execution, launched an Operator Care Program, and authored 50+ SOPs to standardize operations. Contributed to key projects including a new dumping station hoist and 300 MT/day Non-GMO glucose syrup facility.

I supervised and controlled key production parameters through DCS, consistently meeting daily quality and quantity targets with outputs reaching 70 tons per day. In close coordination with the QC team, I ensured product integrity by monitoring paraformaldehyde purity (more than 97%), moisture content, particle size, and pH. To strengthen operational control, I prepared daily production and raw material usage reports that supported yield efficiency tracking and inventory management. At the same time, I promoted a strong safety culture on the production floor, achieving zero lost-time accidents throughout my tenure, while collaborating with the Maintenance team to secure equipment readiness and minimize downtime.

Led and supervised the production team to execute daily and weekly plans on time, ensuring reliable operation of molding machines, ovens, and packaging equipment. Maintained strict adherence to SOPs by monitoring key parameters and enforcing 5R/5S and hygiene standards. Compiled and reviewed daily operational reports to strengthen accountability and process discipline.
