About
As a Human Resources leader and community organizer, I am passionate about creating equitable workplaces that prioritize top talent recruitment and development. With a Master's in Labor Relations and Human Resources from Cleveland State University and a Master's in Social Justice and Community Organizing from Prescott College, I am equipped to design future-proofed organizations and implement cutting edge business practices. Throughout my career, I have held positions in various industries, including luxury property management, staffing, and manufacturing. My responsibilities have ranged from HRIS management, payroll, and recruitment to workplace safety initiatives and training and development of staff. I have also managed employee resource groups, created and managed employee appreciation programs, and designed leadership development curricula. My approach to work comes from multiple years of national service through AmeriCorps. I believe that in my role as a business leader, it is my responsibility to serve employees in ways that bolster them as a member of my community. I couple training interventions with careful attention to any barriers to success that can be removed by going the extra mile for the individual, building a stronger organization and community brick by brick. I enjoy camping, Japanese culture, and exploring the expansive labor history of the Great Lakes region.
