Ensure flawless production and perfect P1 launches in association to a P1/P0 Project development conducted in a Development Center. Secure P1 project launches performance from quality and cost perspective. Ensure the achievement of Project objectives in terms of manufacturing: VPS principles, process standards, quality and cost. Ensure manufacturing and production quality objectives respect (process standards development, timing, capacity & logistic control), take project QRQC responsibility on site starting OTOP preparation. R@R and FDPR planning and realization within quality objectives for assembly and upstream components. Manage and acceptance of local component parts. Manage the process validation by costumer. Manage PPAP file delivery, acceptance and parts deliveries on time to costumer. Follow all modifications requested.

Plan, direct and control projects development for new products, process, assigned customers, plant modifications and facilities in such a way that the implementation objectives are met in terms of development time, cost, budget control for each project and quality requirements supported by tools and development techniques. Control, execution and implementations of projects and also complying with the requirements and procedures that mark the company's quality system.

Agreement of global project targets concerning quality, costs, timing and resources within the project core team, taking existing procedures and methods into account, in agreement with the positions responsible. Achieving the common defined project targets in the core team and ensuring design for manufacturing starting from request for quotation. Heading and stuffing the production team (participants: PP TtM, PP OtD, PT, QPC, logistic planner, incl. extended temporary team members), coordinating and planning the technical production issues as the interface to the core team and visualizing the project status / launch readiness towards the core team / steering committee. Ensuring, that all open topics of the TtM process are finished in time by the project team (cost resposibility at PJM side till 6 month after SOP in maximum. Presenting reports of part results to the clients in the agreed scope and at agreed points in time, in order to make the necessary information transparent for processes and decisions Defining and implementing actions to ensure best quality / no customer line returns (no internal failures of single parts, sub-assemblies and finished goods). Adherence to the quality, cost and timing targets specified by the client, using major result-securing methods (e.g. FMEA, Engineering Change Management) in order to meet customer requirements and achieve optimum economic efficiency. Responsibility for engineering change management and heading the Change Control Board, in agreement with the internal organizational units responsible, in order to process incoming changes as quickly as possible. Initiation of the project-specific capacity and investment planning (e.g. tool replacements) and arranging the project maintenance budget together with all cross functions, in order to achieve optimum capacity utilization of systems and operating equipment and optimum production conditions.

Coordinate all engineering changes, build prototypes in local area and fixtures at last engineering level. Creation and updated of part numbers in SAP, VAVE’s & KPO’s, prototypes of new and current products with OEM characteristics. Involved in PPAP-ISIR, IMDS and BOM’s & part history of the pieces. Core tools, ECM and Lean manufacturing.

Coordinate programs in Mexico to release engineering changes in different categories. In charge of the system for the engineering change management. Problem solving with ECR’s & ECO’s in different types of products produced by Faurecia. BOM management. CAD Data Management.

Develop of products with different technologies to release them and improvements in different ways in automotive area. Communication with OEM and initiative to reduce costs in general.
