I am currently working as a Assistant Manager in EY, supporting the Deal Management team, prior to this I worked as an Associate Consultant in KPMG's Deal Advisory & Strategy Research team for around 3+ years. With proficiency in delivering end to end solutions, I have assisted KPMG member firms including KPMG US in due dilligence of multiple Mergers and Acquisitions related transactions, formulation of strategies and business development related work, mainly for Automotive, Industrial & Manufacturing sector (including Aerospace and Defense, Passenger & Commercial Vehicles, Engineering & Construction, etc.), and have also worked on some ESG related long-duration engagements which involved gap assessment exercises related to SEC's ESG reporting standard and CSRD ESG reporting frameworks, along with materiality assessment. I have hands on experience on databases such as S&P CapitalIQ, Refinitiv, LMC, Marklines, Pitchbook, Euroconsult, etc. along with D&I tools such as MS Excel, PowerBI (DAX and M language), Alteryx, Quid, basic understanding of Python. I have been consistently awarded for my performance in past 3+ years of my stint in KPMG winning two times the SPOT award and once Encore KUDOS for my contributions on various engagements and deliverables. I have done my Masters from BITS Pilani (9.28/10) and B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Gold Medalist 9.6/10).
