Currently working as a Prototype Intern (CAD Design & R&D) at Wol3D, contributing to end-to-end additive manufacturing projects across design and production. Key Responsibilities & Contributions: • Designed functional and aesthetic 3D models using SolidWorks for real-time industrial and event-based projects. • Performed reverse engineering by measuring physical components and recreating accurate, manufacturable CAD models. • Applied Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) principles to improve print efficiency and structural strength. • Prepared production-ready files using slicing software, optimizing orientation, infill, wall thickness, layer height, and support structures. • Gained practical understanding of different printer capabilities, features, and production planning strategies. • Contributed to R&D-driven projects, including design. • Improved workflow efficiency by integrating design modifications with production feedback.

As a Design Team Member for the E-Baja (Raptor 6.0), I contributed to the design and development of an electric off-road vehicle for the E-Baja SAEINDIA competition. My role involved working on the CAD design at solidwork Software and simulation of vehicle components to optimize performance, durability, and efficiency under challenging conditions. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, I gained hands-on experience in vehicle dynamics, weight optimization, and electric powertrain integration, building my skills in automotive design and engineering innovation.

As the Technical Head for E Baja Raptor 6.0, I led a team in designing, building, and testing an electric all-terrain vehicle for the national Baja SAE competition. My responsibilities included overseeing the vehicle's design and engineering processes, managing team workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards. This role sharpened my project management skills, expanded my expertise in electric vehicle technology, and fostered teamwork and innovation within a competitive engineering environment.

During my internship at Banaras Locomotive Works (BLW), a premier production unit of Indian Railways specializing in the manufacturing of high-power locomotives, I gained hands-on experience in the entire locomotive manufacturing and assembly process. I was actively involved in various stages of production, from component fabrication and inspection to assembly and quality control. This internship provided me with a comprehensive understanding of locomotive manufacturing and maintenance, and allowed me to apply my technical skills to real-world engineering challenges. It was an invaluable experience that developed my practical skills and deepened my knowledge of large-scale industrial production within one of India’s essential sectors.
