Act on behalf of asset owners to ensure their projects are successfully completed on-time and on-budget. - Manage building projects from concept to completion, for higher education, industrial, and hospitality clients. This includes assembling teams of consultants, monitoring project progress, and facilitating communication, problem solving, and cost-control.

* Manage multiple ongoing projects, Electrical and multi-discipline, from conceptual design through construction administration. * Create proposals and budgets for new work, leveraging existing client relationships. * Design facility electrical systems, including: commercial buildings; data centers; medium voltage site distribution. * Design Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Systems, ground-mount, rooftop and canopies, ranging 100 kW – 4 MW+ in size. * Author due diligence, basis of design, and other electrical engineering reports. * Provide construction administration services: shop drawings, RFIs, site visits, represent RDK and client(s) at meetings, issue field reports and affidavits. * Train and mentor new hires in electrical systems design and engineering. * Attend networking events to further RDK’s business development efforts. * Lead company efforts at workflow improvement and engineering best practices.
