I’m a Danish entrepreneur with a background in building and scaling ventures across biotech, digital platforms, SaaS, and healthcare. My work has consistently focused on one challenge: Translating complex ideas and research into real-world solutions that actually improve people’s lives. Today, I serve as CEO of Nordic Stem Cell, a regenerative medicine clinic focused exclusively on treating erectile dysfunction using a patient’s own stem cells. Our clinical protocol originates from peer-reviewed research in Denmark and is now being applied in a regulated clinical setting for men experiencing erectile dysfunction after prostate cancer surgery—one of the most difficult patient groups to treat. What drew me to this work was not novelty, but unmet need. For many men, survivorship after prostate cancer comes with lasting physical and emotional consequences that are rarely addressed directly. Our focus is on restoring function and quality of life, guided by clinical data, physician oversight, and cautious implementation. My role spans strategy, clinical translation, operations, and external partnerships—bridging scientific rigor with patient-centered execution. I work closely with medical experts to ensure that how this protocol is delivered in practice reflects the same standards that supported its original research.
