Manage Human Resources for thirteen locations across the eastern United States. Responsibilities include employee relations, benefit administration, on-boarding, policies/procedures, coaching, corrective action, organize employee engagement events, leave administration and strategic partnerships with facility leaders.

Human Resources Manager for the Dalton, Ohio and Trail, Ohio manufacturing facilities. Contributed to creating processes and procedures to assist the locations be successful. HR business partner for management team and human resources point of contact for all hourly employees. Responsible for all sourcing and recruiting of employees for both locations. Assisted in weekly payroll processing.

Human Resources Supervisor for the Medina, OH manufacturing facility. HR Business partner for both leadership teams and partner with them on HR and Employee Relations related issues. Also available as a subject matter expert to all employees for all aspects of human resources, employee relations, and benefit administration.
