This role focused on process optimisation, reporting, candidate experience, creating and centralising a TA Team across 7 countries to service 3,000 employees.

Kept a seat warm for an incoming Head of TA, and took pride in fixing their breakdown driver recruitment.

Built and developed a team of 11 responsible for delivering 750+ hires a year whilst maintaining responsibility for all 'Head of' recruitment and above (...lesson learned!).

Pitched the idea of merging the contract and permanent recruitment teams to the CPO, who agreed.

Brought in to fix the relationship with the MSP and resource managed 200+ resources.

Approached by the COO to create, develop and deploy Signatures online brand for recruitment across 16 sites, and improve and lead the recruitment team + process.

Maternity leave cover for the Shipping business, covering all Corporate recruitment.

Brought in to deliver 50+ Finance roles across Europe as part of a restructure.

Delivered Director and C-Suite recruitment during a spike in requirements.

Brought in to cover European recruitment, before being extended to cover aspects of the UK market as well.
