Rotated between Commercial Finance and FP&A teams during Farfetch's critical turnaround period. My role focused on owning the weekly commercial forecast, driving profitability initiatives, and improving financial systems. 1. Led a proactive investigation into supplier royalties; designed and built an automated audit system with SQL that identified and recovered £2.5M in overpayments, presenting the final business case directly to the CFO. 2. Drove commercial strategy by conducting in-depth pricing and margin analysis, identifying a £9M annual revenue opportunity by benchmarking against luxury competitors. 3. Owned the end-to-end weekly GMV & Operating Profit forecast, partnering with senior leadership and supporting key strategic decisions, including the expansion into the Korean market. 4. Managed financial data integrity by leading the reconciliation of SAP and D365 ERP systems and built new PowerBI dashboards to enhance data visibility for the commercial team.

Client: Quorn - Worked in a team of 8 members, providing primary research and client focussed solutions towards penetrating new markets in the UK - Identified potential bottlenecks in marketing among undergraduate students and developed solutions to increase brand outreach by 20%

- Lead financial analysis to understand credit risk for large clients for the largest bank in Malaysia. - Performed KYC to understand the perspective of the bank in issuing corporate loans (upwards of 19 million GBP) - Performed market research to identify competitors of relevant industries, and understand the risk taken by the bank

- Conducted sales of Student Union merchandise, organising and presenting them in store and increased to 20,000 during the UCL Welcome Week - Provided excellent customer service to all walks of life in the most diverse university in London - Organised and lead opening and closing teams, restocking and cleaning tasks to teams of 4 - Proactive in adjusting to a new retail environment

- Organised a team of 26 people throughout the welcome week period to assist new students settle into UCL - Directed the flow of students to collect BRP, student IDs, campus tours and accomodation assistance regularly throughout the welcome period - Liaised with students and families of different cultures and backgrounds to familiarise their way around UCL

- Assisted on a large scale open day for UCL attended by 20,000 people over a weekend from all parts of the UK and abroad - Talked to prospective students about the undergraduate prospectus, gave directions and campus tours - Worked in teams in specific zones of the university to manage flow, providing excellent service and help families understand what it is like to study in UCL

- Worked with a team of 10 people, including mental health professionals within university, to tackle mental health problems faced by students within the Chemical Engineering cohort. - Organised and structured a flow to host focus groups within the cohort over a span of two weeks, whereby students were asked about their mental health and how to improve the course. - The information gathered from the focus groups are anonymously taken, and are to be relayed to relevant bodies within the course to make improvements to student wellbeing within the Chemical Engineering cohort. - Provided feedback on the "Chemical Engineering Student Wellbeing" page and provided solutions on how to increase the effectiveness of the website and establish improvements for the following academic year. - Wrote a final report to present for recommendations to implement said solutions to be raised to the Executives of the course.

- Integral part of creating events for partners and sponsors including the likes of Maybank and ICAEW - Worked in teams and brainstormed on mechanics for many virtual events - Co-lead a Maybank roundtable, creating content and developing a virtual stock game which provided undergraduates a place to simulate the market, attended by nearly 100 participants, and brought in the likes of the CEO of Maybank Investment Bank to host a talk on M&A.

#KitaMestiMenang is a fundraising initiative created to channel funds towards Hunger Hurts MY. This is an E-Sports charity tournament using the popular game, Valorant,as the main platform. As head of logistics, my team and I had to work together to produce a live stream for the event on Facebook, worked on the entire event flow of the 2 day event and had to arrange tournament brackets and create a fair and fun environment for everyone to play. This event garnered a grand total of RM 6,800 donations and all of this is channeled to Hunger Hurts MY

Coordinated with a team consisting of committed Malaysian students from both the UK and Hong Kong to deliver a Maybank roundtable surrounding the topic of investing and a presentation on basics of M&A transactions. As project lead, I had many long nights of discussion with my team to produce a Virtual Stock Simulation to allow new people to take part in investing in a safe but realistic environment, giving them insights as to what information should be required to create a decision within the stock market. This event was attended by nearly 100 undergraduates and our speakers even included the likes of Maybank Investment Bank’s CEO.

- Went through JADP, which provided opportunities to simulate liaising with Partners and Sponsors, event planning and team building. - Part of divisonal internships and learnt how to coordinate events and develop ideas - Met with many like minded individuals while creating meaningful friendships
