His daily activities involved collaborating with both the technical staff and Athletic Training staff to train players through warm-ups, rehab, fitness, and strength training programs. His work continued off the field collecting, analyzing, and reporting data from different technology systems that monitor player performance. Adam utilized GPSports player tracking system, Match Analysis video, Fit for 90 subjective questionnaires, and Polar Electro heart rate data. He analyzed the data through Microsoft Excel to create daily, weekly, and season trends for both individuals and the team as a whole. Adam discussed his analysis with players on an individual basis and helped plan training when he reported to the technical staff. Adam worked closely with the Revolution Youth Academy teams as well. He initiated player monitoring by incorporating GPSports player tracking system and Fit for 90, a self-reporting app that monitors subjective data relative to training load, fatigue, stress, mood, and sleep. Adam also established a partnership with The Micheli Center for Sports Injury Prevention to create annual athlete biomechanical & anthropometrics screenings for the youth players.
