Key responsibilities include: - Managing website and blog content using WordPress and ASP.NET-based CMS platforms, including proofreading and applying SEO best practices to maintain online visibility. - Handling customer and supplier communications, including music licensing queries and preparing quotes. - Assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks, payments, and record-keeping. - Managing workflow for audio production and voice-over projects.

Managing the production and delivery of telephone audio packages for IVR systems, auto-attendants, voicemail, out-of-hours, and on-hold messaging. Coordinating projects, liaising with clients and suppliers, and managing website content.
